It lays out a ten-year vision for the future of the city, addressing issues including infrastructure, traffic, city services, community and cultural institutions, economic development and more. There are assessments and goals for each neighborhood, from the historic district to Washington Park, Buttonwood, Van Dyke, and every other area of New Castle.
How would you like to see our city develop and change over the next decade?
I would be very interested to see when all the above mentioned areas will start to see some some improvements made where we have lived for so many years. Suddenly we are Historic but, Our City has not improved my area since I lived here! I just see the other side of the tracks! It's funny when you think it it suppose to be Historical New Castle yet I didn't know the curbs in that Era were made of Quartz!
