Two young filmmakers document their colleague’s budding online friendship with a young woman… which leads to an unexpected series of discoveries. In the Community Room (downstairs).11/7 - Designer Handbag BINGO at Good Will Fire Co., 6/7pm.

Connect through creativity and make new friends in a cozy space, with refreshments.11/8 - Black Resistance to Quaker Enslavement talk at NC Court House, 7pm.
Presentation about enslavement and discrimination in Quaker history and the many ways that Black individuals asserted their agency and fought against their enslavers.
11/8 - An Old-Fashioned Evening in Old New Castle at The Arsenal, 7pm.
An evening of elegance and discovery, where history comes to life in the most unforgettable way, with handcrafted cocktails created just for the occasion and inspired by New Castle’s past. Tickets & Info at link above.11/9 - America’s Tapestry at New Castle Court House Museum, 1:30pm - 4pm.
Join stitchers from the Embroiderers’ Guild of America to produce a Delaware-themed panel for Stefan Romero’s embroidery project “America’s Tapestry,” of which each panel of this tapestry represents one of the 13 founding colonies. Museum admission includes access to stitch part of “Defending the Delaware Bay.”11/10 - New Castle City Council Regular Meeting at NC Senior Center, 7pm.

Help Arasapha Garden Club with its annual Holiday Greening project, decorating wreaths and garlands to adorn historic and civic buildings throughout town.
